What are the challenges facing the plant-based sector?

UK has spearheaded global markets but now facing a moment in time where penetration across key categories is falling with lots of hypothesis. The 'health' of the UK market is insight

Where are the whitespace opportunities in a "saturated" market? 

This talk focuses on perspectives, depending on the perspective businesses take, you either see 'saturation' or you see opportunity. Each category has its own unique nuances which I delve into in more detail, indicating the pitfalls to learn from and whitespace opportunities to go after. This is a high impact, visual talk designed to inspire audiences and energise teams.

Why is plant-based and veganism dividing the industry and consumers? 

"Meat-attatchment theory" could be one of the explanations why plant-based and veganism can become a devisive topic. Here we discus the phsycology behind why when asking people to eat less meat can create emotional responses despite evidence it is better for the planet or health. A thought provoking talk which creates good discussion and debate with audiences on a fundamental subject.

I take a pragmatic approach and find the insights which are powerful enough to change our approach to plant-based when necessary, i.e. what is the food sector doing well and good at, where is the food sector slowing down or veering off track.
