Plant Futures launched in 2021, when its Founder Indy Kaur realised the plant-based market was about to face a pivotal point of early maturity. It was clear a new way of working was necessary, one which could provide businesses with deeper insights, clarity and direction for them to be successful.
In 2023, with an increasingly diverse client portfolio and new market needs, the Plant Futures' team and its services are expanding, bringing a fresh perspective and collective action to the plant-based space in the UK and beyond.

Indy Kaur
17+ years experience from R&D at Nestle and Mondelez, to Innovation Management at Gu Puds and later Food Trends and Plant Based strategy at Tesco. Indy leads the retail strategy development for clients and delivers consumer and retail insights thought leadership talks and conferences.
Elena Devis
Elena has extensive food service and delivery platform experience having built and scaled Deliveroo's vegan category, putting Deliveroo at the forefront of plant-based innovation and thought leadership globally. She now leads the food service strategy for clients, co-runs marketing and community management.
Professeur Andrew Godley
Andrew has spent many years researching and writing about innovation & entrepreneurship and more recently innovation in the food sector. Andrew is currently focusing on the alternative proteins sector to promote sustainability in the food system, historic evidence and case studies.
